Welcome to ZenFeedback. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use ZenFeedback.
The service
ZenFeedback is a personal-development tool for gathering written, forward-looking feedback. It’s an early pilot: features may change, pause, or break, and it’s provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. If you use ZenFeedback for or within an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.
Your account
Keep your password secure and your account details accurate. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
The people you invite
You decide who to ask for feedback and enter their names and email addresses. By doing so, you confirm that you have a relationship with those people and a legitimate reason to contact them, and that you’re permitted to share their email with us so we can send your request on your behalf. Don’t use ZenFeedback to contact people who wouldn’t expect to hear from you, or for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service — including uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, attempting to access other people’s data, disrupting or probing the service, or using it to harass anyone.
Your content
Your account, your requests, and the responses you collect are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you. We don’t claim ownership of your content.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
ZenFeedback is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the feedback you receive is accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. During the pilot in particular, expect rough edges.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenFeedback and its operator won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Please keep your own copies of anything important.
Termination
You can stop using ZenFeedback and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated, or if we discontinue the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, do our best to notify you.
